Sonic.exe V
My name is Josh, I'm an avid Sonic fan. So when yesterday when my friend Jake sent me a Sonic game hack I was ecstatic. There was a note attached to it. It said:
"Dear Josh,
This Sonic game has ruined my life. I need you to destroy it. I would be he is watching me. Sonic.exe is very quick, so destroy it fast before he gets you.
Love,
Jake"
Well that was creepy, but Jake always is a jokester, it's probably just a prank. I put the disk into my computer. As it started up, I saw a flash of the Sega logo from the first Sonic game. But something was...different. I can't quite explain it but...Sonic's eyes...there pitch black, bleeding, and had red dots in the middle.
Cool! It must be a horror Sonic hack! I can't wait to play.
There were three characters, Amy, Tails, and Blaze the cat. Yep, definitely a hack. I picked Amy and started the level. It started in the winter. Amy was obviously cold and looked utterly miserable. I made her continue. She eventually saw Sonic. She walked up. Sonic said "Hey there Amy! You look cold, let me warm you up". Sonic then lit Amy on fire. I watched helplessly (because this was a cutscene so I couldn't do anything about to) as Amy burned to death, and her body parts start to fall off. The screen cut to black and I was returned to the title screen.
I was disturbed, but I still continued to play. I picked Tails and started the level. It started on a mountain and climbed up. It took a while, and the background slowly turned from normal to demonic. On top of the mountain, you could see the world destroyed and monsters right bellow Tails. Sonic came out of nowhere and knocked Tails off the cliff into the monsters, who rip Tails apart limb from limb. It cut to black and returned to the title screen.
I was shocked and sad, but I decided to continue and picked Blaze, hoping the game would get better. It did not.
It started with Blaze at the funeral of Amy and Tails. She was alone looking at the tombstone. Sonic then came running. I made Blaze run away but slowly but surely, Sonic caught up and murdered Blaze. The screen showed Sonic's face, the same messed up one I saw earlier. It said "Nice to play with you Josh, let's do it again real soon!"
I was creeped out. My computer crashed and the disk was shot out. I walked towards the computer to see a Sonic plush...with no eyes.
